[ELECTRON] charges due to excess usage of Electron Club broadband

It's odd to even find a broadband package with a cap these days.  You
could ask the provider to stop the service as soon as the cap is
reached instead of letting it roll on at expense.

My guess is that either your WEP password has been cracked (not hard)
or that more likely someone in the vicinity has simply asked and been
given the password, then passed it onto friends who might be using the
WiFi in nearby buildings using a suitable antenna.

Making sure it's on WAP2 and changing the password on a reasonably
regular basis might be a good idea.
