[ELECTRON] charges due to excess usage of Electron Club broadband

Thanks to the people who gt back about this, and offers to contribute
towards costs.

I will phone our providers on Monday to check there are not more charges.
Hopefully it is just a one-off thing.

Also changing wifi password is a good idea and checking over current
machine setups, etc.
