[ELECTRON] charges due to excess usage of Electron Club broadband

I'll check out the router and firmware when I pop in on Tuesday.
OpenWRT/DDwrt provide the ability to cap usage based on bandwidth used,
other ways to lock the device down, as well as making the usage stats
available online (securely) and allowing remote administration.

If the hardware is supported this may be something worth doing, though I'm
not sure who'd make that decision :)

Cheers

Martin
