[ELECTRON] making use of public spaces in Scotlad

Well maybe a workshop rather than an unconference. There is quite a lot of 
academic research, knowledge of law and campaigns that have achieved good 
things. The problem is and was recognised at the conference the 
"Environmental Law Centre" held, and also through my own efforts is - 
increasing awareness at the grassroots level.

In the field ideas, getting people out and about, photographing, recording 
- is kind of what I personal think is needed. I am not saying there is no 
need to do the other, unconferencing and so on. It is more (to me) in 
getting folk engaged in awareness of CG through doing things - a much 
faster route to learning and awareness. Having said that I am interested 
and would support any ideas folk come up with. I am happy to talk about 
what I know to think a few things out. Ch Bob
