I've seen this before, you need to fix the permissions for
directories/files, and ensure the owner/group is correct.

Maybe this is something you can do via cpanel if that's available, or
perhaps an email to your hosting provider to get them to fix it. If
you have ssh access you could connect in and do something along the
lines of:
