I need help to debug a Matlab code

Hi Zied,

I had a look at your code but unfortunately my experience with ODEs is very
poor.

However a couple of points that I've found working on similar problems that
may help you:

Generally if the code takes a long time to complete there is probably a
much more efficient way to formulate the problem. Not being familiar with
the problem - or any of the supporting knowledge around it - I'm afraid I
can't help here but you may be able to figure out a way to change the
problem formulation. Matlab's usually very fast for these kind of
algorithms, the art is using them in the right way. I realise that's not
particularity useful but hopefully it's food for thought.

In my experience the Mathworks application engineers are incredibly
knowledgeable and helpful. Drop them an email (don't be afraid to name
drop your supervisor to pique their interest) and hopefully they should be
able to point you in the right direction.

Good luck,
Thomas
