We contacted the CCA regarding room availability over the festive
period, this Christmas party wasn't mentioned, an email with the
information we had been given was sent to the list.

While inconvenient there's always potential for a mistake to be made,
or for someone to fail to communicate properly. This works both ways,
I assure you Electron Club members are far more guilty of this than
the CCA.

Hopefully you can arrange to reconvene in the near future to cover
what you couldn't get through.
