Entry added for Electron Club MRBS

The IWW meeting in the electron on Tuesday was cut short by an insistence
by the CCA that we return the electron Club key just one hour after the 7pm
start last night, 13th. we therefore lost the 2nd hour and couldn't cover
all the agenda topics. The reason was the CCA Xmas Party.

We were surprised that no notice of this had been conveyed to the electron
Club and put out on the list.
