Hi all,

I'm afraid that both the phone lines and passenger lift are out of
action this morning. An engineer will be out today to look at the
lift. If any staff or visitors require assistance, please let me know.

It seems that neighbouring premises have had problems with their phone
lines in the last twelve hours or so, which suggests an external
fault. I'm looking into it and will keep you all updated.
