Hi

Appologies for the noise on the list from the booking system as people are 
bulk adding events to migrate to the new system. These will obviously not 
be as frequent after this initial period

Also just to clarify the "Group booked by" field is intended to contain the 
name of the group the booking is for, not the name of the person doing the 
booking
