[ELECTRON] New room booking system

Just on the topic of room bookings, GMSN will no longer be using the room on Saturday afternoons.

We have been very fortunate to be given the opportunity to move into Shoogle Studios, where we now have two workshops. 

Shoogle Studios is an electronic music studio which also runs courses for musicians, producers and studio technicians. The partnership between Shoogle Studios and GMSN means our community can benefit from the experience and knowledge that the tutors have .

We are still retaining our open source ethos and the workshop is open to everyone.

I'd like to thank Martin and Kenny for all the work they do to keep The Electron Club running. It is remarkably unique facility.
