The instructions on how to book the room have been updated

To help us migrate to the new system, during January please check the room 
is not booked in the old booking system before creating a booking in the 
new booking system

>From 1st Febuary the new system will be considered authoritive. So please 
migrate any existing booking from January 2015 onwards to this new system.

All Electron Club Members may book the room.

So that it is easier to track who has made the booking anyone wanting to 
book the room needs to request an account

While any number of people associated with a group that uses the room may 
have an account, groups may find it easier to nominate a specific person do 
manage their bookings. This can help avoid situations where everyone thinks 
someone else made the room booking.

You should not share your account details with anyone else.

The old url of the previous booking system now gives people a message about 
the change to the new system
