Subject: water tank treatment

Hello everyone;



On this Thursday, 13th March, CCA's annual water tank treatment will take
place.



For those of you who do not know; the water tank will be drained, cleaned
and refilled. What this means for building users is that there will be
limited water at most taps and toilets throughout the morning.



Flushing a toilet, for example, may work for some, but the cistern will may
then not refill until the water has been turned on. The nearest accessible
public toilets are in the Dental Hospital.



All mains fed taps should be fine so cold water should be available in
staff kitchen areas on the 1st and 2nd floor (not CCA's though) as well as
both of Saramago's bars and kitchen.



The work will commence at aprox. 7am and if all goes to schedule, be
complete by 11am.  There is the chance Saramago's initial opening time may
be delayed but it is unlikely to affect food service from 12noon.


*Cultural tenants:* please pass this on to your colleagues as my list of

least one person per office space or organisation.
