[ELECTRON] Equipment in the room

Hi all,

As someone who (unfortunately due to schedule constraints), often uses the
room for non-technical events I am always careful to let people in the room
know that the equipment around the room is part of others projects and to
be left alone. I'll be sure to flag it in advance of any events I'm
attending in the room in the future and ensure that if someone is spotted
tampering with any kit they will be told to leave the space.


Beyond that I have always personally made sure that the space is tidier
when I leave than when I open the room, and that everything appears in the
same condition as when I opened up. First in the room, last out the room,
keep the space as you expect to find it, that is how I approach things.
