[ELECTRON] DAB Radio experiment board or chips set

This appears to be for creating a pc  based digital  radio, I'm wanting
to  build a stand alone,  clock radio, with a Nixie  display. Most likely
adruino  based which displays,  the time. temperature, pressure and
humidity on  the Nixie  tubes. I think i may just need a keystone
*T2_L4A_8650C__201109013
*but   don't know where i could  buy this  directly. As i  don't think
keystone  supply directly to individuals.
