What're you trying to do? Just for receiving you can use one the of DTV
Tuner USB sticks as a software defined receiver along with SDR-J software.
Inexpensive but decent VHF antennas can be bought or constructed from
thousands of designs online.

This site has tuners with a very basic and terrible antenna, or with
adapters to regular antennas.
