For those having difficulty with the attachments, they have not been
blocked or lost.
The mailing list software strips and stores them and provides a hyperlink
to them at the end of the email.
This is so people on the list don't get an inbox full of attachments they
may not be interested in.

Perhaps a better approach would be to share documents via dropbox or
something, and provide a link within the email.
