[ELECTRON] light and water

An open day, preferably a Saturday would be better than an open night IMHO.

Regards an alternate space (for example what would happen if the CCA
exploded?), I think we'd cross that bridge if required.
I'm sure the CCA would give sufficient notice to relocate should they need
to withdraw access to the space.
