[ELECTRON] Keeping stuff tidy

Hi Martin

I am not sure what has changed, but when I asked if I could use the club
space for a meeting/event, I was given two conditions:
- must be open/public (dont remember if this was desirable or mandatory)
- I should become a member and join the mailing list

Not sure if these 'rules' were written or not, but they seemed straight and
fair enough ,

just to let you know
