[ELECTRON] Keeping stuff tidy

Surely the board is a great idea, as well as dating the
posts, and deleting them from the board when they are no longer relevant.

but in some communities being on the mailing list. reading the posts and
acknowledging and keeping up with the discussions is a community
requirement, especially when the mailing list is the only 'official'
record of communication, discussions, decisions.

The board can be wiped - either by accident or deliberatelly - would that
mean there was no message on it? A parallel note on the list will be on the
record.

Perhaps active EC members should agree, where possible, at a minimum to
read posts with a [admin] label or something

Finding ways of making thigs worse is all part of developing self
governance process :-)
