A silent Disco.  Not sure you can do that with multiple bluetooth devices,
but there are plenty of wireless headphone sets with common frequencies that
could be used.

Alternatively we could solve the toilet facility and audio issues by turning
some portaloos into bass bins.  Although it might be a bit unpleasant
inside, particularly if the audio hits the resonant frequency of the "blue
liquid" storage compartment.
