[ELECTRON] tidy up and reorganisation before camcorder gorillas move in

I'm backing Kenny on this one too. I suggested the need for a clearout a
while ago, as the amount of clutter in the EC room is making a good
chuckout an absolute necessity. Having been into electronics/computers
for many years, I do know how easy it is to accumulate too much crap,
and every now and again you do need to have a good clearout, otherwise
you become overwhelmed with electronic junk. This is just an inevitable
fact of life with the electronic/computing/radio hobby.

Kenny has carefully catalogued all the potential throwouts, and given
everyone very clear notice via web photos and marking on the items in
question of what is potentially going to be chucked out, so everyone has
ample opportunity to determine what is theirs and what should be kept.

Kyle has also made a good point about the need to label equipment kept
in the EC room. Most of the Solder Group kit, and the shelves it is
stored on, is clearly labelled. It would be really helpful if other
groups/individuals would do the same.

Whether or not the Camcorder Guerrrilas will be using the space is
immaterial. The clearout needs to be done.
