[ELECTRON] tidy up and reorganisation before camcorder gorillas move in

The cleanup has been discussed for weeks, and the place is in dire need of it. Its all being catalogued at the moment anyway. Any shared space without cataloging, tagging and pruning is madness.

If you don't like your unlabelled gear being moved around, either label it or don't store it there.

EC turning into personal offsite hoarder storage space is another matter too.
