[ELECTRON] forums v. mailing lists

Hi

I'm not an active participant of the lists, but I like to keep up to date with what's happening.  I've found that I've lost touch with groups that have moved onto a forum basis instead of mailing lists. This is mainly because you have to go out of your way to login rather than having messages delivered to a mail box and lurkers like myself are less likely to make the effort.
