Hey Miguel,

unfortunately I don't know anybody who's doing it here in Edinburgh.
I wanted to start a conversation about it at the Hacklab, but I've been
really busy recently.

I know one of the founder of the project, Jake Harries, and I think he's
really keen to open up collaboration.
He runs one of the oldest hackerspace in UK, the Access Space in Sheffield.

However, it's very easy to get started with Linux, you can download a live
distribution and try it on your computer without changing your system.
See http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download
Information included in this page are fairly extensive.
If you want to start with Linux, I'd recommend Ubuntu to start with (which
is my distribution too, although* *I quite hacked it).

best wishes,
Marco
