[ELECTRON] Old laptops. Anyone want em?

Hello Marco--

is there anyone/anyplace in Edinburgh helping people turn old laptops  
in zerodollar ones?

I would like to finally enter the wrold of freeware and linux but  
would find going through to to Glasgow even more problematic than  
previously (but not impossible I guess).
