Welcome to new members Frank, Steve Hall, and Mitch Miller (from The
Drouth magazine):

Frank says:
I am interested in learning about Electronics for Radio and Microprocessors

Steve says:
Hi, I'm Steve, I'm a software developer by trade working mostly on web
applications, but I did work (briefly) on cryptography software. I've
been into video games, coding and all things computery since I was a
kid. Recently I've taken an interest in electronics, particularly sound
synthesis and microprocessor related things, but I'm very much a beginner.

Mitch says:
Hi there, The Drouth is a quarterly magazine based in Glasgow - we cover
politics, literature, art, film and architecture and can be found at
www.thedrouth.org. We are a not for profit group that focuses its
efforts on producing interesting publications and giving opportunities
to writers and artists.

We have been around for 10 years now, and are currently looking to work
more closely with the CCA. One of the reasons we'd like access to the
club is to get to work on organising our archive, and having the odd
meeting. We would propose to use the space during the day, and would
take up minimal room - a chair and desk to use, and space for a couple
of boxes.

Would that be ok? I understand the Electron Club tends to be used mostly
in the evenings, so we should be pretty unobtrusive.

We are aware there are lots of other interesting projects involved in
the Electron Club, and are always interested to make new connections and
find out about the work people are doing, particularly if it might make
for an interesting feature in the magazine!

best wishes
Si
