[ELECTRON] Need PCB Manufacture Help

A friend of mine in Dundee wrote this instructable for applying a
layer of spray paint as a resist and using a laser cutter to remove
the areas then to be chemically etched.

Worked very well for us, but you need to have access  to a laser cutter.
