[ELECTRON] announcements + projection

Hi,

We have an announcements list, which everyone on the members list is
already subscribed to.  So far it has been set up so that only the list
moderator could post to it but I have freed up that restriction so all
members should now be able to use it. So let's give it a go and see how
people get on.

Address to send to is:

    announce at electronclub.org

All message son this list are tagged [ELECTRON_ANN] so should be easy to
set up a filter on your emails accounts for them if you wish - I think Ben
will cover this in his workshop for those who don't know how to do that
......

For the first message I will post news of Lucie's event this week at
Govanhill Baths so you can see it in action (and apologies for those who
have received it already).

Would be good to see more than just art announcements, or Bob
announcements, other people do interesting stuff as well I am sure!
