yeah, well

I think modern ones may go on standby after a period of idleness

one way is to ask ppl who use the projector to spare a quid  towards
amortization costs when they can
which would be a minimal effort to ensure at the end of its life theres a
sum for replacement

in which case we would make a proportional contribution since we have left
it open for longer than it should have

or let us know when the time comes
we may need some specs to find the bulb

its really handy to have the use of a projector
