[ELECTRON] Meeting Room

Just a quick note that the calendar is currently out of action - I am in
the process of fixing it - some of the data got corrupted when I was
testing the repeat entry functions. Will let you know when it is back.

But otherwise, yes, Ross is correct, people should use the calendar and be
sure not to clash with each other.
