[ELECTRON] Meeting Room

This might be a good opportunity to remind some of the groups who use the
Electron Club room that they ought to book into the Calendar system if they
wish to use it for meetings:-

There have been several occasions on Wednesday nights when the SOLDER group
has been running, where groups have turned up expecting to use the EC room
to be surprised the room is already in use. They've almost always been
fortunate enough to find the Meeting Room adjacent has been free for them to
use, though this probably won't be the case in the next few months according
to Simon's forwarded email.

Kenny Duffus is also running an Electronics teaching group on Tuesday
evenings, so he may end up with similar issues at his group.

If all EC meetings are booked in the calendar (and users of the EC room
consult it before organising meetings there) then these problems shouldn't
arise!
