Hi Roy,

If you did want a physical chumby you could buy the chumby guts kit:

However their recent 'chumby one' device is a little faster:

Which is slightly cheaper, if perhaps not aesthetically as nice as the first
version, depending on your tastes:

I doubt you'll be able to get all of the parts cheaper than that.

if you're only interested in writing flash apps you don't need a physical
chumby, you can use a virtual one:
