[ELECTRON] Electron club fundraising etc

Problem is it is down to the same handful of members to do the work (no
matter how simple thing seem). We can either be ragbag and associated or
dissociated or we can be organised. If we were organised and had some kind
of vision of what we were trying to achieve folk may be more willing to put
effort into fund-raising - or maybe not. (I am not suggesting this is what
we should do) If we are ragbag fool-loose and fancy free (which I think we
are) - we just do what we all want and get on with it.

The problem I think we have is if we mix these two ideas. You either go
down the constitution way get grants - set up ideas about what you are
doing and so on. Or your an artist like a butterfly floating from flower to
flower - experimenting with this and that - don't fence me in I'm free.

I don't have a problem with any of these approaches - but if we are the
former lets just get on with it - we don't have to wait for the next
open-day to burst out into spontaneous activity. We need to get away from
this "email life" and into the club doing things. Peace and love. Bob
