[pdusers] TO meet or not to met-- on March 11h

Hey all,
sorry for the fast answer I'm in Dublin for the Pd mini-con.

+1 for Jason idea of booking a fixed date every month. Imho it would be
helpful for who intend to come regularly and for newcomers too.
Now it could be right moment to do that, since there is a core group
interested in meetings.

It also means that we would have a space where to work even when not many
others can attend.
