cPanel is proprietary software, I believe there is a trial version available for download but that will probably expire once the evaluation period has ended. <br><br>Many hosting providers give their customers access to cPanel, I'd check to see if it's provided by your host.<br>

<br>You can host a Wordpress site for free with at <a href="http://wordpress.com">wordpress.com</a> (see <a href="http://en.wordpress.com/features/">http://en.wordpress.com/features/</a> compared to the 'Premium' features <a href="http://en.wordpress.com/products/">http://en.wordpress.com/products/</a>). That said once it's up and running on your own hosting it's fairly easy to maintain via it's admin menu.<br>
