Synth group Question

Hi Is the synth workshop definitely on this Saturday. And if it is does 
it make a "lot" of noise:)

Tell you what it is I was supposed to book the room some weeks ago for 
this Saturday, and did. But I managed to book it 24 February 2017. 2 
till 4 (Should the calendar allow that?) It has only been discovered. 
Argh. The options I have is using the staff space where the sink is. But 
wondered if noise might be a factor. Or whether the synth group is in 
every Saturday. I am kind of struggling as cancel time for our Westgap 
AGM is a bit short. All other cca options are booked solid with film 
festival. Any ideas? Ch Bob
