Did folk get this? Here is it again anyway. I contacted the guy and will
book date in club, sounds cool. Need to check what ticketed means

    Hello!

I dropped a line through the site as well, but in case these go to
different places, I’m giving you a shout here as well.

I’m writing on behalf of the Edinburgh band Lau.
    <http://www.lau-music.co.uk/>

We run a movable curated event called Lau-Land which is like this:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b96MbW74IFw

We are doing a one day event at Celtic Connections, Sat 3rd Feb at the CCA.

We always include an electronic musical element at these events, we have
had a couple of synth builds but also various interactive things that
people can make music with dotted around the place at some events.

I love what I have seem of The Electron Club, both the ethos and the
output, an inspiring affair thing, really brilliant.

We would be very keen to discuss with you co-hosting an event on that
date, we did one last year with Edinburgh Hacklab at summerhall and it
was very successful. I think we have in mind that perhaps there is an
easyish build or hack workshop that we could present, led by electron
club, that might get some of the Celtic Connections audience involved in
something electronic and handmade. We have a modest budget for a
workshop leader, and the event would be ticketed via Celtic Connections.

I have an interest in handbuilt controllers/instruments
https://vimeo.com/100493627 and we know some of the people who come to
    our gigs do to.

I look forward to hearing from you,

    Best wishes

    Martin
