3d scanner and printer?

Maklab webpage says they are in Edinburgh, but no further info
(says edinburgh but there are no contact details)

actually, I am  a bit shocked at the lack of 3D printers and scanners,

only two places?

 I was away for some time and would have thought that by now Scotland would
be full of them, with a web page listing them all

any idea what is stopping social innovation?
