Hello & booking system account

Hello everyone,

I'm Andrew and I'm looking to bring Maptime Glasgow
<http://meetup.com/maptimeglasgow> to the Electron Club. I'm also excited
to try some of the other activities offered! I do have a question about
reserving the room - I filled out an account request for a few hours ago so
that I could login and reserve a date and time for the first gathering, is
there a standard period of time over which that request is processed? I
have a login for the electron Club homepage, but this does not appear to
work for the room reservation calendar.
