contact with cca for using space

Best way to do this is get an idea around what it is you want to do and 
I can talk to the people who deal with the bookings, See if we can 
arrange something. Try and do it well in advance more chance of getting 
a slot. Mostly we have booked the club room which is about 3 times the 
size of the electron, or the theater downstairs for talks and showing 
films. Only thing about the theater is if you are using cca teck to show 
films they charge I think £40 or £50 or so for the technician. But 
that's the only thing I have paid for if booked through the club.

I don't know how they would react to regular usage of a space, haven't 
tried that yet. But generally cca are quite supportive in helping out 
when they can. If a space is booked by the club and they can rent the 
space to a paying customer they always find another bit of the building 
to use. So let me know, or any other ideas members may have and I will 
take you through the procedure. Ch Bob
