help logging into calendar please

Hello

I recently joined the electron club as part of we will rise, im looking for
some help/ advice please.
i received a welcome email at the end of october.
i tried to book the room today using the online calendar, but when i try to
log in at calendar, i cannot get in and unknown user msg appears.
i seem to be logged in when on the general electron club pages though, just
not the calendar.
also my name is not on list at reception in cca.
