It looks to meet the criteria.  However, I would be careful with the
mintues book.  Most people who use the room are respectful, but it is
used by a wide range of different people.  Therefore, I would suggest
only storing the minutes book there if it is does not include sensitive
information that you do not mind everyone seeing.
