PCB design / cheap manufacturers

Hey all,

I designed a small PCB to connect an AY-3-8910 to a raspberry pi. As it 
is my first PCB, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to check 
over it and possibly make any suggestions?

As well as that, I was wondering if anyone knows of a PCB manufacturer 
in the UK that doesnt charge something ridiculous like 80 a board. I 
have heard of people paying closer to £10 for 5 of them.
