I received a another complaint yesterday, the people using the space
previously had left it in an unfit condition. Chairs all over the
place, with some even brought in from the shared CCA staff area.

If you can't be bothered to tidy up after yourself, don't make the
mess in the first place. I'd hope that everyone using the space is
mature enough to behave in a sensible, unselfish manner, but the
complaints/reports keep coming in.

Also if you're going to take stuff from the CCA, return it rather than
lock it in our room. It isn't their job to tidy up after you either.

If there is a reason you believe you shouldn't have to leave the room
in a fit state, by all means, please share it with the group.
