Hi

According to the old calendar that time is not free so you can't book it

Also please note the "Group booked by" is supposed to contain the name of
the group not the name of the person booking it, their name is shown in
the "Created by" field

Till the 1st of February you need to check the old calendar system to see
if the room is free as well as the new one. If there is a booking in the
old calendar the room is not free and can't be booked.

Of course this would be a lot easier if all the groups who use the room
added their bookings to the new calendar ASAP
