As most groups booking are repeated there will be relativly few bookings 
after the migration. I wouldn't expect there to be more than a few other 
bookings a month normally and therefore very few emails being sent about it

However the IWW's aren't on say the 1st tuesday of the month so there is a 
seperate booking for each months meeting
