[ELECTRON] New room booking system

*where have most of the existing bookings gone?*

For example, the IWW through Euan booked 13th Jan a year ago and more
recently he booked, at 7pm the list below
Eric would also have booked the Scottish education workers meeting (IWW
etc) this Thurs 8th is i understand booked also
