Thanks for getting in touch.

The booking process applies to any sort of Electron club room usage.
The steps are well documented, one of which includes emailing this
mailing list to announce the booking.

The room is already in use tonight, the alt.electron group are meeting
there from 17:00 to 22:00.

As a side note, in the near future we're the calendar software, the
room booking procedure will be update to reflect this change.
