[ELECTRON] Room bookings

Hi everyone,

A quick word on room bookings. Bear with me please.

As Bob recently pointed out, the calendar is the definitive record of
who has booked the space and when.

On occasion someone else may have an existing booking when you wish to
use the space. Fortunately the system is already reports such
problems.

For example batch booking an event, the last Wednesday of each month,
will report on screen any conflicts, where someone else already has a
booking. Successful bookings, along with any conflicts are reported on
screen, and also in the email which is sent to the members mailing
list.

Please read what the system tells you to avoid misunderstandings,
don't assume that everything has worked without checking the output of
the calendar system.

Checking this is the soul responsibility of the person making the
booking, it's unrealistic to expect anyone else to do this for you.

Of course we aim to be as flexible as possible, but on occasion it's
not always going to be possible to shuffle things around, especially
at very short notice.
